Gladys Eudocia's story

Gladys Eudocia is in a common-law marriage. She and her children and spouse live in a house they own. They live in Portoviejo, which was affected by the earthquake of April 16, 2016 and now by the COVID-19 pandemic. The city is rich in the production of vegetables, legumes, and tropical fruits for domestic consumption.

Gladys Eudocia has a food stall in the city market, she makes small meals and barbecue every day in the evenings from 3:00 to midnight or later. At first, the health crisis was very bad for her since she could no longer sell but now, little by little, she is reactivating it with home deliveries, so to be able to continue generating her income. In her family, her father died from COVID-19.

With this new loan, she will purchase quintals of rice, meat, cooking utensils, etc. Her dream is to have her own retail space and that her family is very healthy.
