Alba's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped her to buy a solar freezing system to help her to improve the income in her grocery store business and to sell fish.

Alba's story

Alba, 49, is an enterprising woman who has had a grocery store business for 12 years. She is very satisfied, because with the earnings from this business, she is able to give an education to her children. Her goal is for them to graduate and to be useful people for society. She lives with her three children and her husband who works in fishing in a community of Gracias a Dios, Honduras; but one of her main goals is to keep expanding her business.
In order to do that she wants to improve the service she gives to her customers, because in her community there is no access to electric power. This is why she wants to buy a solar freezing system which will be very profitable for her business, since currently she must use a generator that uses gas which increases the costs of her business.
For this reason, she is requesting a loan of a Solar Freezing System to Soluz Honduras which will allow her to improve her income and give her customers a good service.
