Ana Mercedes's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy groceries and toiletries to sell at her store.

Ana Mercedes's story

Ana Mercedes and her family live in the Jaramijo district, a beautiful place where its inhabitants are very humble and hard-working people who work in the seafood trade.

Ana is a micro-entrepreneur who works hard daily to earn an income honestly. That is why she owns a grocery store with more than 7 years of experience. Her business idea was born out of the need to generate an income that will help her to pay household expenses, allowing her to offer a wide variety of groceries and cleaning products.

Her clients are neighbours and passers-by in the area, but due to the Covid 19 pandemic she had to suspend her work, and her income decreased drastically due to health issues. That is why she is now applying for a new loan to reactivate her business.

This loan will be used to buy groceries and toiletries for the store. Her dream is that her business continues to grow.
