Ana María's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy firewood, sawdust, water, and palm fibers for making bricks.

Ana María's story

Ana María is married and has four children. Her husband is a laborer. They live in Cárcel, a place full of honest people who are devoted to their work in agriculture and handicrafts. This place was also severely affected by the effects of COVID-19.

Ana María is a woman who partners with her husband each day so that they can get ahead, especially now since everything has been made more difficult because of the pandemic. They have a business of making bricks for home construction. The bricks they produce are delivered to merchants. Even though their sales have dropped as a result of the pandemic, they continue to remain hopeful for better days.

This loan will be used to buy firewood, sawdust, water, and palm fibers since these are the materials they use for making bricks.
