Hector Augusto's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy a planting kit (certified seeds, urea, fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides).

Hector Augusto's story

Hector Augusto has a hearing disability. He is in a common-law relationship and he does not have children. His partner makes a wide variety of handcrafts that she sells. They live in Crucita, a few minutes from the capital. It is a small fishing town, and its main source of income is artisanal and industrial fishing and farming.

Hector Augusto maintains the family tradition of growing onions, melons, tomatoes, watermelons, peppers, etc. He has laborers who help him with the crops. His buyers come to the fields to buy the harvest in order to bring it to the markets. He also makes trips in his truck to neighbors who ask him for the service. At first the health crisis was very bad for him, since he was not able to sell or harvest his products because the laborers could not come, but now he is starting it up again little by little in order to continue generating his income in this way. With this new loan, he will buy a planting kit (certified seeds, urea, fertilizer, herbicides, and pesticides). His dream is to be very healthy and for his wife not to get sick.
