A loan helped to buy sheep and goats and resell them.

Kambin Dialacoto Group's story

Madame Satan is standing in the photo holding her goat. She is 62 years old. She is a grandmother to four children aged from 8 to 15 years old. They all go to school and depend on her. She did not go to school and lives in Senegal. Her husband is a farmer. She is the president of the group Kambin Dialacoto, which includes 25 women members who raise cattle. She buys her animals at the weekly markets in the surrounding villages.

This loan will allow her to buy goats toboost her business. Her dream is to develop her business with the help of MFIs, so that she can meet the needs of her family, and especially provide for her grandchildren’s health and education.

Madame Satan is a very good client and her group has a good reputation. Unfortunately, her animals are often stolen or die.
