Kuña Guapa Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy vegetables, meat, baked goods, condiments, seasonings, and other products.

Kuña Guapa Group's story

The group called Kuña Guapa is in its first loan cycle in the persistent women's bank program, in which they all work and help each other get ahead. They're doing the poverty-elimination survey, in which they all fight to be able to grow and get ahead.

One of them is Micaela, who works making and selling food. She said her job is modest and that with it she has been able to help her family and give them a better quality of life. She's an enterprising person who little by little made her way and now has steady customers who always order from her because everything she makes is very tasty.

She's requesting this loan to be able to buy ingredients to make her dishes, such as vegetables, meat, baked goods, condiments, seasonings, and other products.

Note: Only one person appears in the photo, but this is a group loan. A group photo wasn't possible because of social distancing during the Covid-19 pandemic.
