Romduol's story

Romduol is 46 years old, married and is the mother of two children. She is a farmer who raise and sells chicken. Her husband is a construction worker. She has been running this business for 2 years. Romduol has applied for a 1,500 USD loan through Kiva's field partner Chamroeun to buy chicken and chicken feed to support her farming business. Using the loan, she will be able to earn more income to continue her business as well as support her family's living standards. She hopes that she can grow her business and renovate her home. Her main challenges are the fluctuation in price of goods and dealing with her chicken disease.
