Noris Fatima's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy orders of perfume, make-up, deodorant, costume jewelry, etc.

Noris Fatima's story

Noris Fátima is married. She has three children, all independent adults. Her husband's a professional driver and is the owner of heavy machinery. They live in Portoviejo, which was affected by the 16 April 2016 earthquake and now the Covid-19 pandemic. The city is rich in the production of vegetables, legumes, and tropical fruit for domestic consumption.

Noris Fátima sells Yanbal products (costume jewelry, perfume, purses). She sells from home, via WhatsApp and the Internet. She doesn't have a set schedule but she does her job; now she's making home deliveries. She leaves items on credit with her established customers and collects payment weekly.

She has suffered financial hardship during this worldwide crisis. Her customers can't pay her because they've lost their jobs and others have died. It was very hard for her at the beginning of the pandemic because she wasn't able to make sales, but now she's reactivating little by little so she can continue to earn her income.

With this new loan she's going to buy orders of perfume, make-up, deodorant, costume jewelry, etc.

Her dream is to have an ice-cream shop in the future and for her family to be very healthy.
