Leonardo Javier's story

Leonardo Javier is a 31-year-old micro entrepreneur living with his partner in the city of Barranquilla.

He owns a business of making clothing. He has several years of experience and 6 months ago he legalized his business activity by registering it with the Barranquilla chamber of commerce. He started the business because he needed to earn income in order to get his family ahead. His main customers are his neighbors, other people in the area, referred customers, family members, social network and other.

Due to the global pandemic of Covid-19, and questions of bio-security, his business volume has decreased and his income has dropped dramatically. His goal is to beat the business cycle and continue operating having all bio-security measures in place.

Leonardo Javier is now asking for his first Kiva loan with Fundación Mario Santo Domingo. The goal is to invest in the purchase of antifluid fabrics, flannels, elastic, needles and other. Support Leonardo Javier in his business loan.
