Helen Andrea is 31 years old and married. She a three-year-old son who is in preschool. Her husband is a computer technician. He does repairs and maintenance. They live in a house that they rent.

Helen Andrea sells spare parts for computer equipment and printers together with her husband. They also sell office supplies when their customers ask for them.

They have a space that they rent in the center of town where they make sales every day and he provides repair and maintenance services for equipment. She extends credit to her customers and collects monthly.

Helen Andrea has gone through economic difficulties during this world crisis. Her customers cannot pay her because they have remained without employment and others have died.
