Señor De Los Milagros Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy rice, sugar, beans, ham, bread, etc.

Señor De Los Milagros Group's story

Karina is single young woman of 24 years who makes a living with her grocery store business. She has been doing this work for two years. She started it with the support of her parents, and it has been a source of income for her to pay part of her university expenses since she is currently in her second year of studying business administration. She earns other income during the coffee-growing season since she sells products like new clothing and shoes, but her aspirations are to have this type of business permanently.

She is requesting a loan from FUNDENUSE and Kiva to buy products to sell in her grocery store such as rice, sugar, beans, ham, bread, etc. She is part of the solidarity group "Señor de los Milagros" along with Gloria, who buys and sells live pigs, and María, who makes and sells nacatamales [Nicaraguan tamales] and tortillas.
