Kalimurhima Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy flour wholesale, bolstering her capital.

Kalimurhima Group's story

Ms. Deodata is a client of IMF Hekima and the leader of the Kalimurhima village group. She is married, 49 years old and has 11 children, all of whom are in school; her husband is a carpenter.

Deodata sells flour. She launched this business 29 years ago with the starting capital received from her husband. Later on, she joined Hekima’s lending program to support her business and has been expanding it gradually.
With this new loan, Deodata will buy flour wholesale, reinforcing her original capital. Her business challenge is linked to fluctuating currency rates. Deodata would like to see her children continue their education and also to grow her business.

In conclusion, Deodata thanks Hekima and its partners for their support of entrepreneurs who lack access to funding, during this time of a global crisis caused by Covid-19. Only the group leader appears in the photo due to Covid-19.
