Jiidekan's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy a dairy cow to increase her cattle headcount and sales of organic milk.

Jiidekan's story

Jiidekan successfully repaid her loan. She is very grateful to the Kiva Foundation and everyone who helped fund her. Today, her farm has 13 cows and 1.85 hectares of land on which she grows beans.

Zhiidekan has a contract for the supply of organic milk to a local plant for further processing into dairy products. This allows her to continuously invest in her agricultural business. Knowing that in Bai-Tushum Bank, Jiidekan can obtain a loan secured by a futures contract within the framework of the Value Added Chain product, she again applied for a loan in the amount of 60,000 soms (KGS) to purchase a milk cow to increase the livestock and milk sales volumes.

Payments for milk from the factory will be directly transferred to Jiydekan's bank account, and loan payments will be automatically deducted. Jiidekan plans to invest the proceeds from the loan in the further development of her agricultural business, and use part of the proceeds to pay for the education of children at the university and to improve the living conditions of the family.
