Antonio's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy some timbers, glues, nails, and a new carpentry machine in order to make more furniture.

Antonio's story

Antonio is a humble, hard working 36-year-old man who has amazing skill in furniture making. He lives with his family in Ermera municipality, one of the most financially excluded cities in East Timor.

Antonio has a carpentry business which he started with his own working capital and has been running for many years. Antonio enjoys running the carpentry because it allows him to be independent and provide a better, healthy life for his family.

He has previously borrowed and repaid all of his loans on time and now he is requesting a $1,500 loan through KIF to help his business activity.

He will use this loan to buy some timber, glue, nails, and a new carpentry machine in order to make more furniture to sell to generate income for his family. Antonio hopes to run a bigger business in the future as the result of the investment and wants to thank all lenders for the opportunity.
