A loan helped to purchase sheep to resell.

Ballal Nafore Group's story

We can see Mrs. Raky on the photo, President of the Group, "Ballal Nafore". It means "Help and Importance" in the Peulh language. She is 28 years old, married and mother of 4 children, aged 1 to 10 years old. Two of them go to school. Mrs. Raky has never attended school. Her husband is a farmer.

This loan aims to support all of the group's members. It is comprised of 19 women and supports their sheep breeding.
As for Mrs. Raky, she plans to purchase sheep in neighboring villages and resell them in weekly markets in her area.

She will use her profits to help her husband cover the tuition, medical,..., costs of their children. Even though she never went to school, she would like her children to attend the best schools in the country. She is ambitious and seeks to become one of the best sheep suppliers in her area during large events.
