La Victoire Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to stock up on Fanta, Vitalo, and Primus to resell.

La Victoire Group's story

Ms. Josephine is a client of the microfinance institution Hekima and presides over the village group called “LA VICTOIRE”. She is a widow, 59 years old, and the mother of ten children, who are all provided with schooling.

A vendor of beverages, she started this enterprise in 2004 with startup funding from her deceased husband. Later on, she joined the Hekima program to support her enterprise and has progressively been working in it.

With this new loan, she is going to stock up on Fanta, Vitalo, and Primus to bolster her initial capital. The challenge for her business has to do with a lack of customers.

She would like to feed her family and for her children to continue in school. So, she would like to thank Hekima and its partners for supporting unbanked entrepreneurs lacking cash during this global crisis related to Covid-19. The photo shows only the group leader because of Covid-19.
