'elisapeta's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!
A loan helped to plow their plantation and also hire men to help her husband with harvesting their yam.
This is 'Elisapeta. She is 53 years old and married to a farmer with six children. They only live with their four youngest, who all attend school. 'Elisapeta and her husband run a business growing and selling crops. This is their family's main source of income for many years up to the present. Their business makes their family independent and it also provides an opportunity for their children. With their business, they are able to send their two eldest children for further education abroad. Her husband takes care of their plantation, while 'Elisapeta sells out their crops from her own tent along the main road in town-town area. She wishes to use her loan money to plow their plantation and also to hire men to help her husband with harvesting their yam crops for exportation. Their dream is to encourage their children to continue their education abroad and pursue a career in the future so they can take care of their own family one day.
