Norvin's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy cement, sand, PVC pipes, and cinder blocks, and to pay laborers.

Norvin's story

Norvin, 37, is married and the father of three children.

He started working as an elementary-school teacher at the age of 31 through his own efforts and thanks to the support of his father, who helped him with his studies from a young age despite being a farmer of limited resources. Since then he has improved himself and worked as a teacher up to the present, recognized as a very hardworking, honorable, and calm person.

He's requesting a Kiva loan from FUNDENUSE to build and install a bathroom in his home and also to buy the right to install a drinking water system. The loan is to purchase construction materials and to hire laborers.

The loan will have a positive impact because it will enable him to improve his standards of hygiene, health, security, and personal and family hygiene privacy--in addition to the positive environmental impact by using the toilet because it's an environmentally friendly technology.

His plan for the future is to be able to build his home of concrete because currently it's made of wood.
