Virgen Del Rosario Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to refinance debt and to buy supplies to make foods.

Virgen Del Rosario Group's story

The group called Virgen del Rosario is in its seventh loan cycle in the women's committee program. They have set as a goal for themselves to grow no only economically, but also as people. They strive to improve themselves and to offer their loved ones all that they weren't able to have.

One of them is Ipolita, who makes a living selling foods. She says that her business has helped her offer her family better living conditions than what she used to have. She comments that her business has been affected by the Covid-19 pandemic since, due to the total quarantine, she couldn't work as she normally would. This had a grave impact on her business, but she is seeking ways to continue growing and to overcome her situation so that she can get her business off the ground again.

She is requesting this loan to invest in refinancing debt and buying various products to continue with her sales as she has been doing.

Note: Only one person appears in the photo, but this is a group loan. It was not possible to take a group photo because of restrictions on gatherings of people due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
