Budadiri 2 Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to purchase the ACE-1 energy system to access solar power for lighting, charging, and cooking in a way that is safer, cleaner, and saves money.

Budadiri 2 Group's story

Sarah is a 59-year-old woman who lives in a two-bedroom house with access to electricity, along with 6 other family members.

Sarah relies on her business but struggles to afford charcoal energy expenses. She spends a total of 120,000 UGX on all of her fuels and electricity expenses.

Sarah and the other members of the group in this village each bought the ACE-1 cookstove to help them save the money they spend every month on fuel and also to help them access solar electricity to charge their mobile devices at any time for free.

The ACE-1 clean cookstove is biomass and solar powered. For more information on the ACE-1 cookstove, please visit africancleanenergy.com and Facebook @African Clean Energy.
