Marapat's story

Marapat, 62, is married and has 2 children. She has a secondary education. She is kind and responsive by nature.

As a source of primary income for her family, Marapat has worked in animal husbandry and field crop cultivation for 40 years. Thanks to her hard work, her farm currently has 6 cows and 25 sheep.

In order to develop further her farm, she has applied to Bai Tushum Bank for a loan of 200,000 som (KGS). This is to purchase livestock and livestock feed in order to increase the income from animal husbandry.

Marapat is planning to invest the income from the loan in the further development of the farm.
