A loan helped to buy cattle in order to increase her income from raising cattle.

Gulbayra's story

Gulbayra is 44 years old and married, with 4 children. She has a high-school education. By her nature she is kind and caring. She has been raising crops and animals for 20 years as the primary income for her family. Thanks to her hard work, her farm currently has 2 cows, 5 sheep, and a 0.71-ha plot of land, where she grows apricots.

In order to further grow her farm, she has applied for a loan of 150,000 som (KGS) from Bai Tushum Bank to buy livestock, in order to increase her income from breeding livestock. She plans to invest the income from the loan into growing her farm further and is looking to renovate her home.
