Claudio Cipriano's story

Claudio Cipriano is a 56-year-old microentrepreneur living in the city of Barranquilla with his spouse and three children.

He works selling fish and other sea products, with 35 years of experience and operation in the activity. He offers fish such as marrajas, bocachico, shrimp and others. He sells on credit and in cash.

His business idea arose from a very young age in which he learned from the hands of other colleagues in the union, selling his product door to door. Little by little he expanded his clientele and specialized in distributing larger quantities to restaurants and hotels in the city centre.

His main customers are regular customers from the centre and from various neighbourhoods of the city. Restaurants, hotels, and individuals. Claudio Cipriano's goal is to expand his portfolio of new clients.

Due to the Covid -19 pandemic that occurred worldwide, his work level deteriorated due to biosafety issues and his income dropped drastically.

He is currently requesting his first loan with the Mario Santo Domingo Foundation in order to buy fish, shellfish, shrimp, prawns, as well as fixing 2 broken fridges.

Please support him with this loan for his business.
