Gulbara's story

Gulbara is 57 years old, married with 2 children. She has a secondary education. She is characteristically kind and outgoing. As her main source of income she works as a teacher at the local school. She has also engaged in cattle raising and crop farming to further support her family for the last 30 years.

Thanks to her hard work on her farm there are now 5 cows, 15 sheep and plot of land measuring 0.82ha on which she grows clover.

In order to further develop her farm, she applied to Bai Tushum Bank for a loan of 72,000 KGS to buy cattle to increase her income from cattle raising. She plans to invest the profits from the loan to expand her farm.
