Oldlady's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!
A loan helped to purchase more palm oil, fish, meat, chicken and pig feet to sell.
Meet 48-year-old Oldlady, from Liberia. She lives with her husband, along with 6 children, all of whom live at home. Oldlady deals in a business where she sells palm oil, fish, meat, chicken and pig feet in the general market. She started to sell in order to help her children at home. She has been selling for 15 years now. Her late mother taught her how to sell and her husband gave her money to start the business. Additionally, Oldlady's business was hard hit by the COVID-19 Pandemic. She is requesting a loan that will enable her to again purchase more palm oil, fish, meat, chicken and pig feet to sell to her clients. In the future she wants to build her house and deal in an international business. She wishes to thank BRAC and Kiva Lenders.
