Charlotte's story

Charlotte is a 37-year old refugee from Burundi. She has lived in Nakivale Refugee Settlement, in Uganda for 4 years, with her husband, children, relatives, and friends. An entrepreneur at heart, for the past 2 years, Charlotte has been selling Agricultural produce, which includes, maize flour, rice, beans and cassava flour. A loan to Charlotte will allow her to be able to boost her capital in the business, she wants to stock much food and serve her customers well. Charlotte has noticed strong demand for her business and thinks the business will be successful because of the high demand for food and the good location of my business. She is located in the market where everyone comes to purchase anything desired. Charlotte yearns to own a wholesale shop for all this food, and continuously be successful in my business. I want to take my children to good schools so that they get a quality education.
