Nueva Florida Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to maintain cacao and improve her product to offer better customer service.

Nueva Florida Group's story

The communal association Nueva Florida is made up of 8 members and is led by Ruth. In the photo, you can see representatives of the communal bank: the president, who is Ruth, and her two friends, who are part of the leadership (secretary and treasurer). Ruth, 25, is a single mother with a 4-year-old son. She fights for him and he is her driving force and motive. She considers herself a responsible person with many goals to self-improve.

For the past five years, Ruth has been working in agriculture, planting cacao and related products. Her goal is to have a diversified plot of land, so that she can have more customers.

Her loan will be used to maintain cacao. She wants to improve her product to offer better customer service.

In addition to her farming work, she has a small shop that specializes in groceries, which she just started. With her extra profits, she wants to continue to expand and improve for her customers.
