Thanh Luong 25 Group's story

Kim is a 38-year-old Thai ethnic woman who is married and has two children. Her son studies in the 8th grade and her daughter studies in the last grade of high school. Now she live with her husband and her children in a small village of Vietnam's northwest mountain.

In order to have enough money to support her children to go to school as well as cover life's daily expenses, Kim works very hard in her farm with some activities such as growing rice, corn, cassava and raising fish. Wishing to expand the fish raising model, Kim has taken out a loan from the Anh Chi Em program to buy more fingerlings [young fish] for raising and food for them.

Kim wishes a bright future for her children. In the picture, she stands first from the right.
