Sironko (Z) Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to purchase the ACE-1 energy system in order to have access to solar power for lighting, charging and cooking in a way that is safer, cleaner and saves money.

Sironko (Z) Group's story

Agnes is a 51-year-old woman who lives in a 2-bedroom house with access to electricity, with 6 other family members, including 4 dependents. Agnes works as a health worker but struggles with charcoal energy expenses. She spends a total of UGX 80,000 on all of her fuel and electricity expenses.

Agnes and the other members of the group in this village each bought the ACE-1 cook-stove to help them save the money they spend every month on fuel and also help them to access solar electricity for charging their mobile devices any time for free.

The ACE-1 clean cook-stove is biomass- and solar- powered. For more information on the ACE-1 cook-stove please visit www.africancleanenergy.com and Facebook @African Clean Energy.
