Ms Marceline is a Hekima IMF client and she presides over groupe villageoise “Shekina". She is married and 43 years old. She is mother of 7 children, 2 of whom are married and 5 of whom are in school. Her spouse is a merchant.

She sells hardware products. She started this business 5 years ago with the start-up money she received from her husband. Later, she become involved with the Hekima program to support her business, through which she has gradually progressed. With this new loan, she will buy nails and 30 bags of cement which will strengthen her initial capital. The challenges to her business are related to the lack of customers and state taxes.

She would love for her children to continue going to school and wishes to feed her family. Lastly, she would like to thank Hekima and its partners for the support they give owners of non-monetizable businesses amid the global crisis linked to COVID-19.
