Ñapua Oñondivepa Group's story

The committee named “Ñapua Oñondivepa” was formed by friends and neighbors who decided to help one another and improve their quality of life and that of their loved ones. All of them are partnering with each other as they seek to overcome their poverty situation. The members are also participating in the poverty elimination program.

Nidia is one of the members of this group. She sells fruits for a living and says that her work enables her to sustain her household and her family. Nidia is a selfless person who, despite the difficulties she faces each day, is able to excel and move forward so that her family lacks nothing and is able to avoid hardship. She appreciates the opportunity she has received to excel and continue helping her loved ones.

Nidia is requesting a loan so that she can buy a variety of fresh fruits to sell. This will help her continue her work so that she can meet the demands and needs of her customers.

Note: The photo shows only one person, even though this is a group loan. It was not possible to take a group photo in order to avoid congregating during the COVID-19 pandemic.
