A loan helped to buy heifers, small animals, and feed.

Ana Lucia's story

Ana, a young mother of 38 years, is known for being friendly, extroverted, hardworking, and enterprising. She lives with her husband in the community of Calle Larga.

Ana and her husband were raised in the countryside with training in how to care for the crops and raise animals in order to generate income that would allow them to earn their livelihood from day to day. Ana is grateful to her parents for this training since, thanks to it, she has succeeded in supporting her household with the income generated by selling small animals and producing milk.

At this difficult time that the people are going through, her husband has lost his work as a day laborer for several months, and Ana has seen that it would be beneficial to expand her business and, in this way, earn more income. For this reason, she is requesting a loan to buy heifers, small animals, and feed to continue caring for her animals, hoping to get a better price for them at the market.
