Pey's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy rice, sugar and other materials for making her crisps to sell in her store.

Pey's story

Pey is 27 years old, married and the mother of one child. She buys and sells crisps as shown in the picture. Her husband is a barber. She has been running this business for 4 years.

Pey has applied for a 2,000,000 KHR loan through Kiva's field partner Chamroeun to buy rice, sugar and other materials for making her crisps to sell in her store. Using the loan, she will be able to earn more income to continue her business as well as support her family's living standards. She hopes that she can grow her business, renovate her home and buy a motor to delivery her goods.

Her main challenge is more competitors.
