Jennifer's story

Jennifer is a 46-year-old mom of four school-going children. She has been involved in farming for the past few years. She has learned a range of new farming practices that improve sustainability, enhance resilience, and are likely to be helpful in adapting to climate change. She is a remote farmer who lives in Nandihills area of Kenya with her family.

She practices mixed farming on her farm, and through the profits she has managed to take care of her family's needs.

Because her area has favorable weather patterns, a good road network in her village, good soil, and a ready market for crop products, Jennifer wants to take advantage of these factors and reap more profits.

Jennifer is seeking a loan of 50,000 KES to buy certified and hybrid seeds and improve her crop-farming on her farm.

Her main motivation is her family. Jennifer prays that through your lending, she will write a new story about her life.
