San Jose Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy drinks, breads, vegetables, fruit, canned goods, meats and other products to stock her grocery store.

San Jose Group's story

The group called San Jose is made up of tenacious women who strive for a better quality of life for their families. They are also in the Poverty Stoplight program where they all work to overcome their poverty.

One of them is Lila who makes her living in sales. She says that she has a grocery store where she works everyday starting early in the morning and she has a regular clientele. She is an industrious person who fights for her family because she is the support for her loved ones and tries to give them everything she couldn't have.

She is requesting this loan to buy a variety of products to stock her store with drinks, breads, vegetables, fruits, canned goods, meats and other products.

Note: Only one person appears in the photo but this is a group loan. It was not possible to take a group photo to avoid a gathering of people due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
