A loan helped to purchase cattle.

Villa Carmen Group's story

The Villa Carmen communal bank, as part of the Agencia Patacamaya, is made up of eight members and is led by officers, of whom Jacoba is the president.

Jacoba, 53 years old, is married and has five children. She has a business selling milk to the Pil collection point. With her loan, she will purchase cattle, which she will get from the wholesalers in the city of La Paz. Later, this will serve as her means of production.

This type of work allows her to generate resources to support her family financially. Her aspirations are to expand her business and to have a farm. Jacoba asks that you trust in her communal bank again.
