Zamira's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy heifers to expand her herd and to increase sales of organic milk.

Zamira's story

Zamira, 37, is married and has 4 children. She has a university degree. By nature, she is a woman of purpose, hardworking and enterprising. She understands agricultural technologies, and she knows how to invest money in this area.

Zamira works as a doctor at a local hospital as her main income, and she has also been raising livestock for her family since 2001. Thanks to her hard work and responsible approach to business, she has been able to develop her farm to 5 cows, 20 sheep and 2 horses. There are 2.8 hectares of irrigated land on which she grows barley and alfalfa.

In order to develop further her farm, she has applied to Bai Tushum Bank for a loan of 250,000 som (KGS) for the purchase of heifers, in order to increase sales of organic milk and income from livestock breeding.

She plans to invest income from the loan in the further development of her farm.
