Kerly Tatiana's story

Kerly is 22 years old. She is in a domestic partnership, and has a one-year-old child from this relationship. Her partner is a truck driver. They live in the touristic city of Jaramijó, a place surrounded by beautiful beaches and exquisite traditional food. Jaramijó has also found itself very impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Kerly is a woman who likes to work and support her family. For this reason, she has a business selling clothing items such as blouses, dresses, shoes, leggings, and pants for people of all ages. She goes door-to-door and visits her clients. She dedicates 5 days a week and 5 hours a day to her job. During the health emergency she could not leave to sell her merchandise for fear of the disease, but since the traffic lights in her district have been changed to yellow [the traffic light monitoring system is used in countries, like Ecuador, o alert the public to the COVID-19 threat level in a particular area and to notify the public regarding what activities are allowed], she is starting her business up again.

She will invest the loan in buying blouses, pants, dresses, leggings, among other items. Her goal is to have her own business locale.
