Josefina Leonor's story

Josefina is 67 years old, married and has 4 children--all older and independent. She is from the tourist and fishing city of Jaramijó which has been greatly affected by the Covid-19 pandemic.
Josefina takes business initiatives. She has always liked helping her husband. She runs a small store from her house where she sells rice, fish, chicken, meat, water, personal hygiene items and cleaning material. She tends to her clients 7 days a week, 10 hours a day. During the pandemic, her sales fell as the vast majority of her customers bought from the super market. As the situation improves, her sales have increased,
With this loan, she is going to supply her small store buying wholesale: rice, oils, and sugar among other products. Her expectation is to have good health to continue supporting her family.
