Ana Elvira, 64, is in a civil union and has 6 children, all grown-ups. Her partner sells meat. They live in Jipijapa, the Mecca of coffee, in the village of El Páramo, where people are very kind and hard-working, but which was not spared by the pandemic.
Ana Elvira is a born entrepreneur who is proud of supporting her family. For a few years, she has had a butcher's shop together with her husband. They buy cattle and then sell the meat by the pound. On weekends, she sells grilled meat and empanadas. People like her dishes and find them very tasty. Sales are alrigth and enabled the family to make ends meet.
Ana Elvira will use the loan to buy cattle to then sell the meat by the pound. Her dream is to make her business grow.
