Ana Elvira is a born entrepreneur who is proud of supporting her family. For a few years, she has had a butcher's shop together with her husband. They buy cattle and then sell the meat by the pound. On weekends, she sells grilled meat and empanadas. People like her dishes and find them very tasty. Sales are alrigth and enabled the family to make ends meet.
