A loan helped to buy fruits.

Marjorie Isabel's story

Marjorie is 30 years old, married and, as a result of this relationship, she has two minor children who study. Her husband is a merchant. They live in the Santa Ana canton, a city of simple, humble and hard-working people, where most of its inhabitants work in agriculture and trade. This city has been very affected by the health emergency of covid 19.

She is a woman who likes to support her husband so that together they can move forward and give a good education to their children. That is why she has been selling fruit, together with him, in the market of Santa Ana for some years. During the pandemic she has lived difficult moments since her husband could hardly go out to work and she was also sick. She had no income and had to use her few savings to cover part of the household expenses. With this loan she will reactivate her business.

She will invest this loan to buy fruits for her business. Her dream is to continue working and to provide for her family.
