Ñañopytyvomba Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy supplies to make cakes.

Ñañopytyvomba Group's story

The communal bank "Ñañopytyvomba" is in its 27th loan cycle in the Program of Women's Committees. All of the members of this group are working and helping each other to get ahead. This group is participating in the Poverty Elimination Survey, and each of them is fighting for a better quality of life for their loved ones.

One of the members of this group is Angelica. She has a business making and selling cakes. She states that with her work, she has been able to cover the household expenses, and she is seeking a way to continue to do this. She is pleased with the opportunity that she has been given to remain in the communal bank, because this is allowing her to continue to help her family and provide for them financially.

Angelica is requesting this loan to buy ingredients to make her cakes, such as flour, eggs, butter, sugar, and other products.

Note: in the photo you see only one person, but this is a group loan. It was not possible to take a group photo because of the need to avoid putting people into close proximity due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
