Nueva Esperanza Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to refinance her debt and to buy vegetables, meats, baked goods, greens, and other ingredients.

Nueva Esperanza Group's story

The group named “Nueva Esperanza” was formed by several friends and neighbors. They set a goal to grow and get ahead so that they can provide their families everything they did not have in order to avoid being in need.

One of the members is Juana, who sells all types of food. She says that the COVID-19 pandemic affected her sales and her business. Juana indicates that her efforts and sacrifice have enabled her to move forward. She is seeking a way to restart her business so that she can provide the best for her loved ones.

Juana is requesting a loan to refinance her debt. She will also buy supplies for preparing her dishes such as vegetables, meats, baked goods, greens, and other items.

Note: The photo shows only one person, even though this is a group loan. It was not possible to take a group photo in order to avoid congregating during the COVID-19 pandemic.
