Maracana Poty Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy fabrics in bulk and to refinance her debt.

Maracana Poty Group's story

The group named “Maracana Poty” was formed by friends and neighbors from the same city. All of them work together and have set a goal to get ahead so that their loved ones lack nothing.

One of the members is Sra. Lilian, who sells clothes that she makes herself. She says that her work has enabled her to help sustain her household and her family. Lilian also indicates that the worldwide crisis caused by the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic has prevented her from working normally so that she can generate income to help her family. This has brought about severe consequences for her business.

Lilian is requesting a loan so that she can refinance her debt and buy fabrics in bulk. As a result, she can continue her work and improve.

Note: The photo shows only one person, even though this is a group loan. It was not possible to take a group photo in order to avoid congregating during the COVID-19 pandemic.
