Mujeres De Éxito Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped increase merchandise, buy seeds for harvesting and maintenance, improve their cacao production, and offer a high quality product at a fair price.

Mujeres De Éxito Group's story

Marina is thought of as a hardworking, responsible, and very loving woman. She is the mother of two grown children. Due to life circumstances, she decided to separate from her partner.

She currently belongs to the Mujeres De Éxito communal bank, made up of 14 members. The board of directors (president, treasurer, and secretary) appears in the photo. This is going to be their twelfth loan cycle. They have known each other for quite some time, and they all support one another.

Fifteen years ago Marina started in agriculture, harvesting cacao. She has managed to move beyond problems caused by pests, low prices, and high demands.

This is why she is asking for a loan through Kiva: to increase merchandise, buy seeds for harvesting and maintenance, improve her cacao production, and offer a high quality product at a fair price.

Her goal is to be able to improve her small house and have a better home. Additionally, she would like to build a grocery store and live off of that, happy and peaceful.
