Diana Amarilys's story

Diana Amarilys and her family live in the city of Manta, which is known for its beautiful beaches that are visited year round.

Diana is an enterprising woman who strives daily to earn an income. Despite the challenges that she has faced, with the help of her mom she has been able to continue her business selling delicious tongas (a dish consisting of rice, chicken (or other meat) and fried sweet plantains, smothered in a peanut sauce). However, when the quarantine began her business was affected since she was unable to make and sell her meals. For this reason, she had to temporarily close her business. She is now seeking a new loan to reopen her business and continue to get ahead through her work.

She will use this loan to purchase groceries to make the tongas. Her dream is that her business will grow.
