Santa Margarita's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy products for her store: rice, oil, and sugar.

Santa Margarita's story

Santa Margarita, 56, is single. She has three children, all adults. They live in Jaramijo, a busy tourist city with a beautiful fishing port. The people there work mostly in fishing. This city has been very affected by the Covid-19 health emergency.

She's a very hardworking woman who works hard every day to earn her own income so she can cover her needs. That's why she decided to change jobs four months ago and has set up a small store in her house where she sells rice, pasta, flour, soap, and other products.

Her sales went down a bit during the pandemic, so she decided to start selling alcohol and masks that she herself makes.

She's going to strengthen her business with this loan to continue working and improving her income. This loan is to buy products for her store: rice, oil, and sugar.

Her dream is to have a bigger store.
