Alisson Maribel's story

Alisson Maribel is 21 years old. She is in a civil partnership and has two children, one aged 7 and the other 2. Her partner workers as a machine operator.

She lives in her parents-in-law's house with her family in the Montecristi canton, located in the Manabi province, a place of friendly people. Its inhabitants are craftspeople, who are well know throughout the world for the production of Panama hats. The city has also suffered the havoc of the terrible pandemic caused by Covid-19.

Alisson Maribel has always liked to work from a young age. For a while now, she has been searching for a way of earning an income selling aquariums, sheets, different types of clothing and underwear. During the months of lockdown, sales were not good and she suffered a financial crisis. However, with the support of her husband and the small amount of savings they had, she managed to get through it. Now, Alisson Maribel wants to reactivate her business.

Alisson Maribel will invest the loan in the purchase of several aquariums for resale.

Her dream is to buy a piece of land to build her home.
