but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to expand the coop where he raises chickens; his goal is to offer a better product and have more clients.

Las Virtuosas Group's story

The communal bank "Las Virtuosas" includes six members. It is a small, but strong, group. They support each other and are very united.

Abilio is one of the members. He is 28 years old. One year ago, he began raising and selling chickens, which has had good results towards getting ahead with his four year old child. His greatest challenge is to get ahead and to become a supplier.

He requests a loan to expand the coop where he raises the chickens. He has the goal of increasing his flock and working at his business to offer his clients a quality product.

Abilio arises very early to take his merchandise (chickens) to the market. He sells per orders. As a second job, Abilio works as a machine operator in the municipality.

His objective is to continue investing in his business to become a distributor of poultry. He is considered a responsible person with many goals in life. His wife is a great support. She works selling food outside their house every evening; she sells roasted chicken, "cecina", "tachacho", and other dishes. Her business is called "Antogitos".
